Day events NO PRIVATE EVENT BOOKINGS ALLOWED. ONLY WEEKEND CAMPS.
Sleepover R170 per person per night (MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS FOR WEEKEND BOOKINGS) Max sleepover capacity: 100 people
Food If you need someone to cater for food while camping with a group, cost is R450 per person including 5 meals over the weekend (Friday afternoon until Sunday. We only provide catering for weekend camps and not day events.
Use of  kitchen R1,500
Deposit (non-refundable) Weekday event: R500 Weekend event: R2,000 Booking confirmed only when deposit is paid. Balance of invoice payable 2 weeks before your event.

Terms and Conditions

Your camp will be provisionally booked, but is only confirmed by deposit payable stated on your quotation. 10% deposit is required to make a booking.
After the deposit date, the booking will be cancelled if no proof of payment is received.  

The final numbers for your camp and the full amount must be settled 1 week before the time of camp, with proof of payment emailed to us.

Nobody will be allowed on the premises unless we received full payment for the camp.

Cancelation policy:

No deposit is refundable a month before the camp.

The use of our facilities

  • No smoking inside buildings
  • Alcohol and drugs of any sort are strictly prohibited
  • No firearms
  • No quad-bikes
  • No dogs
  • No swimming in the dam
  • No fishing.
  • Small children must be supervised by their parents at all times
  • Right of admission reserved
  • Any person that acts outside of the rules of the premises and general social norms will be ordered to leave the premises without their monies being refunded.

Arrival & Departure Times:

Weekend camps: Friday 14h00-Sunday 11h00

Other times can be organized with management

 

Important information regarding your camp

Please bring own:

  • Plates, cutlery, bowl, mug etc. (each camper bring own and wash after meals)
  • Detergents for kitchen / soap / sanitisers / towels for bathroom
  • Toilet paper
  • Refuse bags
  • Tablecloths (or décor)
  • Bedding
  • First Aid Kit
  • Own balls and games
  • Sound system, projector etc.

Please note

Decide on your policy regarding cell phones

Too many chargers will trip the electricity and usually inconvenience all

If you decide to bring waterslide/jumping castle please note to bring your own extension and ask for delegated area to use it.

Also keep in mind that in case of load shedding you will need to be prepared and have your own source of light (flashlights, etc.) There is no generators at the venue.

Please park vehicles in such way to allow for free movement of other vehicles
