| Day events | Full day / Half day: R60 per person (minimum of 10 people). Children under 6 years: Free (unless event is a kids birthday party) Max day visitors: 350 |
| Sleepover | R160 per person per night Max sleepover capacity: 90 people |
| Food | If you need someone to cater for food while camping with a group, cost is R400 per person including 5 meals over the weekend (Friday afternoon until Sunday. We only provide catering for weekend camps and not day events. |
| Use of kitchen | R1,500 (including R500 refundable breakage deposit). |
| Deposit (non-refundable) | Weekday event: R500 Weekend event: R2,000 Booking confirmed only when deposit is paid. Balance of invoice payable 2 weeks before your event. |
Arrival & Departure Times:
- Half day event (morning): 08h00 – 14h00
- Half day event (afternoon): 14h00 – 20h00
- Weekend camps: Friday 14h00 – Sunday 11h00
- One day sleepover – 08h00 until 13h00 the next day
